The analogy works if the gun was acquired illegally, because this Kenyan was not here legally. And in that case, sure. As for legally acquired weapons, Im curious as to why random mass shootings have become more common in the last 1-2 decades when gun control was weaker in the 1950s. Thats where I would look first. The situation is different because Americans have a right to bear arms.
