I'll at least hold out hope for a nice little one-off episode of one of the CW shows. Only thing we know for sure is that Neil wouldn't be the showrunner. He's said that showrunning Good Omens was the hardest thing he ever did, that he never had time to write, and that it made him spend too much time away from Amanda and Ash (his wife and son). The only reason he did it was because he'd promised Terry Pratchett that he would.

Tbh I love Lucifer. It's so ridiculous and dumb, it's a guilty pleasure. I've never read the comics so I get if people don't like it as an adaption. But there is that silly genre of sexy female detective with wacky consultant sidekick that I sort of enjoy. Always some dude with a gimmick helping solve crimes. Monk has OCD. Elementary has Sherlock Holmes. Psych has a fake psychic.(I think, never really watched it.) Blindspot is sort of one too.
