Turbam's talking about the optional romance. When your social link gets to 9 for some characters you can choose to date them.

I will always prefer the cast of characters and plot of P4 to P5's. It felt much more natural and organic than the whole "Gentlemen Thief" schtick of P5's Phantom Thieves.

There's extra scenes and you get an item I think? I might be thinking of P5's item you get for the romance so I'm not sure anymore.
