Sit in a chair, turn to the left/right, grab the back of it, and pull. Bouncing on a trampoline can also crack it.

Lie on your back.

Keeping your shoulders touching the floor as best you can, keep one leg straight and cross the other over it so your hips are turned. Then switch legs and cross the other one over. Be sure to exhale as you cross your leg over.

Realtalk though do this, and cross your legs like a lady in the opposite direction of the twist to really get that lower back.

I did this. It cracked a bit but it ain't hit all the right spots. Still feeling the aching.

i dont get back problems but id stretch it out with my warm up stretches. if i need to really stretch my back, id do various stretching that involve my back

if i really needed to crack my back, im gonna pay a chiropractor i trust to do it.

this. though i remember my last back incident. i couldn't do anything for 2 weeks i lost my will to game too because it hurt so bad. took another 2 weeks before i could resume normal stuff ie shopping/gaming.

all of it was caused by a hot day followed by dehydration which led to me having a seizure and ending up in the back of an ambulance (i have no memory of before the incident or during).

Get someone to stand back to back with you interlock arms and have them lean forward and bounce. We used to do this in football it works great.

For lower:

Lie on your side.

Bend your top leg at the knee and hip so your knee is pointing out, like a jack knife dive.

Put one hand on your hip, the other on the ground.

Twist at the hips slowly, using the hands to apply pressure.
