I even triple checked each chicken making sure I got both the deep meat in me check and against the bone for another. Its way cheaper to buy in amounts I cant eat right away. Also I have good shopping skills but poor meal planning. So even decent cooks fuck up oncr in awhile. Ive never had this problem though. Only thing ive ever undercooked was a burger but in all fairness I was still a complete newb to cooking at the time.
