I can do a 5k so 3 miles for sure though I am exhausted by then. Haven't done 4 or more in years so I won't assume anything.

Use to run half marathons (13.1 miles), though I'd still have energy left over, so I could probably do more. I still want to complete a full marathon before I turn 40, which leaves me 7 years to accomplish, so we'll see.

I tried jogging on the road like a decade ago so. Couldnt do it.

the gym floor or auditorium floor is easier to jog around since its easier for the legs.

I run 3+ miles three times a week during cardio workouts. Haven't attempted running 5+ in a while, but I think I could probably do it without too much issue.

I usually do a couple miles in 25 mine on the treadmill at the gym on cardio days, but I am primarily a lifter so I dont overdo it on running cause they start to effect each other.

Maybe 20 miles.

I run (not jog) a 13 mile course once a week, 5 miles every morning and at least 5 miles most evenings. Average pace around 7:40, I sprint a 4:45 mile (as of January 2019).

Ran my first marathon last year at 3:17, ran a half last weekend at 1:32.

I mean...I can do a mile before I get sick of it and stop.

Before I physically can't keep running? No idea. I'd assume 2-3 miles.
