Use to run half marathons (13.1 miles), though I'd still have energy left over, so I could probably do more. I still want to complete a full marathon before I turn 40, which leaves me 7 years to accomplish, so we'll see.

I run 3+ miles three times a week during cardio workouts. Haven't attempted running 5+ in a while, but I think I could probably do it without too much issue.

Maybe 20 miles.
I run (not jog) a 13 mile course once a week, 5 miles every morning and at least 5 miles most evenings. Average pace around 7:40, I sprint a 4:45 mile (as of January 2019). Ran my first marathon last year at 3:17, ran a half last weekend at 1:32. --- I'm in Chicago, I'm shaking my head. ... Copied to Clipboard!
