To get in will depend on these factors.... 1) what degree you have, even the Army is leaning toward STEM nowadays. 2) what kind of life experience do you have? 3) a clean record, this isn't Vietnam or the height of the Iraq war anymore, no more waivers. 4) have some good recommendations 5) are you competitive academically?
