Travis SMIRKED as he was hauled away after pleading no contest to a charge of attempted incest His daughter, Samantha Kershner and him were arrested on incest charges after police got a tip. They both admitted to the sexual escapade even though they knew they were biologically related as Kershner said she did it to COMPETE with her half SISTER and to get her jealous by winning his affection!! They got married in October 2018, just one month after finding out police were investigating them. His attorney, jeff Loeffler told the court that his client is "very embarrassed" by what happened and wishes he never made his daughters fight to have sex with him...he claims to have suffered a brain injury and is not a "high functioning guy" But Judge Mark Young sentenced him to 2 years and said that he's "never contributed to society" With credit for time served, he will only spend 8 months in the big house followed by a year of post release supervision and will be banned from seeing his daughter Samantha also plead no contest to a reduced charge of false reporting, a misdemeanor. They met when she turned 17 after asking who her dad was....when they met, it was a mutual father and daughter relationship until it turned sexual. Samantha then met her half sister and a competition arose and she pulled out all the stops to get with her dad and WON him over Her mother was the one who blew the whistle that got them arrested. Their marriage was only approved after he listed himself as NOT the father on their certificate and said he didn't believe he was her father..but a DNA test confirmed a 99.9999 probability he was.
