I dont know much about Marvel or comics, only what Ive seen from movies and the cartoon adaptations. But Im was wondering why mutants are so feared and were abused but people were fine with heroes running around.

I thought one of the recurring themes in Superman was how he's so powerful, what could we ever do if he turns against us? Usually when this question is asked it's in reference to "why does society shit on the X-Men but most people seem to love the Avengers and other hero squads even if they have mutants and mutates" And the answer is because it's stupid and people are probably right when they say that X-men should just be its own continuity. --- Dielman on Rivers: "I've tried to get him to say s--- or f--- and all he'll ever do is say 'Golly gee, I can't do that" Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? ...
