Super Man can fly, shoot lasers from their eyes, lift planets, is basically invulnerable, super duper speed/reflexes, etc, but super strength or speed without some invulnerability could mean dislocated/broken/destroyed joints/body. Also that cool down time could kill you. Spoder man has his porcelain powers and can make fine pottery. Just kidding Spider man has wall climbing, super strength, danger sense, super reflexes, webbing, other things I maybe forgetting.
