I've made as much as $320 an hour.

Of course, the project was finished in 15 minutes...

i'm making 13.87 which is more than i had ever imagined making working at a grocery store lol

I heard Walmarts are paying around $20 average now per employee or something like that, and start at about $14 an hour.

There are alot of people working for walmart, could get the average wages up soon.

Man, where do you live to make 7.50 an hour, thought min wage was over that federally at this point.

Min wage where I live is $12, but many of those jobs (even often retail etc) accept tips now. Subways do, pizza places do (pick up) etc. Pretty sure you can get a min wage + tip job if you look for one in washington at this point....and that is usually another $10 an hour at least.

Minimum wage in Virginia is $7.25. I'm currently unemployed, but the best I've made was like $8.50 I think.

Minimum is 7.25 in Texas, too. So Im 65 cents short of masking double minimum wage

In my particular area the cost of living is low. So it's easier to get by with that type of pay. Then again, a bunch of rich people moved in and bought up all the real estate and jacked up the rent. >_>

What happened to the hotel job?

A new guy started causing issues, other employees saw it and started causing their own. I was fine, only one really affected me so I tried to ignore it all. Then something happened that would've affected me in a huge way. They changed the rules on handling the money, and set it up in a dirty way to screw over the front desk people. I was willing to keep going, but I swapped days with someone, and they ended up in the hook for like $120 that they supposedly "stole" despite the money not actually being missing. It was all accounted for, it was just a result of the stupid new rules. As soon as I saw I was going to be on the hook from then on, I just walked out.

I'm usually getting about $12-13, depending on how well I get tipped. But I'm only getting like 24-ish hours a week.
