A YouTube prankster who tricked a homeless man into eating Oreos filled with toothpaste was sentenced to 15 months in prison by a Spanish court on Friday.

A Barcelona court ordered Kanghua Ren to also pay $22,300 in compensation.

ReSet filled sandwiches with cat feces and fed them to schoolchildren and elderly people in another sick prank, the court heard.
He defended himself in court, saying: 'I do things to mount a show: People like what is morbid.'

So i read that apparently where he's from they drop the prison time in cases like this if its your first offense, so he won't actually spend any time in jail, but the next time he fucks up he will. If he makes another Youtube channel he'll be in violation.

Nope. The act of eating something that someone provides you is an inherent act of trust. It's saying "I'm going to take something that a person gave me and put it in my body". You don't violate that with misinformation, even if you know there is no harm.
