I think even visiting every country in Europe is a pretty insane goal. I have zero interest in most of Eastern Europe and the Balkans right off the bat with maybe 2-3 exceptions.

Well let's see. I can only speak for my own personal experiences growing up but I imagine most people had a more similar situation to me than her. And I also said it was an accomplishment, so I'm not degrading her, and I'm also not jealous since I have no desire to see most countries, let alone every country.

But let's just assume that I would have had those same ambitions as her:
I grew up with a single mother who never had a high paying job and no truly wealthy members in my family. So I'm not traveling besides to Canada, and so I wouldn't get the same 'headstart'. That's 2 countries.
At 16, I didn't have the opportunity to work for my parents travel agency company, which is obviously going to pay more than whatever retail job I could muster. And with that money I could probably only afford one round trip flight overseas a year. Let's just put that at 5 flights, maybe twice as many countries if I go to multiple per trip. That's 10 on my own dime, 12 total.
I wasn't born an attractive woman nor a man with model looks, so no sponsorships to help fund my trips. There would be no benefit for anyone to help me out. Number stays at 12 at age 21.

Sorry, it's just not possible for most people to do what she did. She belongs in the Guinness book of world records in the same vein as the world's tallest man does for being born with whatever disease pushed him that tall.
