People universally loved Jordan and those Bulls.

Thats the difference.

Oh and also. They didnt have a Potential lineup of 5 All-Stars 1-5

I was too young to fully understand what was going on at that time, but if I was older and more aware of what was going on in the sport, I would have gotten pissed at the Bulls winning so many titles just like I am with the Warriors now. Probably not as much due to the Warriors also having that whole "superteam" thing going on (plus Durant being a pussy ass bitch) but I would have gotten tired and annoyed with the Bulls too.

Its funny

Im not a patriots supporter but I love the dynasty belichick and Brady are creating, just wanna soak up their glory before they retire

But yeah, I think it comes down to the players and wanting them to succeed

Like Lebron, would love to see him win a couple more before he retires, we might not ever see a player like him in our life time again

There's a clear difference.

You could actually enjoy watching the GOAT back at the time when the sport was at its definitive peak both physically and in terms of star power.

Current Warriors are non-physical dominators in a sport that lost it's charm over a decade ago. The game got objectively worse with newer rules and these pantsy ass refs. All they do is shoot 3's over and over again, and that gets tiresome.

Can't compare both runs to be honest, so I don't actually hate the Warriors, I just find them to be most boring dominant team in the history of sports, not only basketball.

I mean Im going for the raps cause we the north or whatever. Lol.

But I agree its weird people react negatively to a team achieving the highest levels of success and maintaining that.

Exactly. In the 20 years since Jordan's Bulls ended their reign of dominance, we've had:

- The Lakers playing in 7 finals (including 2 separate streaks of 3 in a row) and winning 5 titles overall (including 3 in a row)
- The Spurs playing in 6 finals and winning 5 titles overall (including 3 in a span of 5 years)
- The Warriors playing in 5 straight finals, winning 3 of them, and about to win a 4th (and 3rd in a row)
- LeBron James himself playing in 8 consecutive finals (4 with the Heat, 4 with the Cavs) and winning 3 titles (2 in a row with the Heat, 1 with the Cavs)

The NBA is the sport where dynasties like this are the most common by far, because one individual superstar has so much more impact on the game than in any other sport, and now in the current NBA you need to have multiple superstars just to even stand a chance.

I don't particularly enjoy seeing a team I dislike win the championship every year. Not hard to understand. I'm glad it's a once in a lifetime event. I don't ever need to see it again.

the Warriors problem is the Bron Cavs (besides that amazing 2016 comeback) weren't a serious threat to them in most of their title years thus sinking in a feeling of inevitability. The Bulls were favored in nearly all their Finals but faced much stiffer competition and serious threats to be knocked off in several of their runs to the title, thankfully we seem to be getting a much stiffer challenged to GS in the Raptors who I think can still knock them off and we are seeing Kawhi's emergence as a superstar which makes it that more compelling.

Dynasties are always more popular in retrospect than when they're happening.

I'm an Illinoisan, so those teams were insanely popular when I was a kid around me, but you better believe that loads of fans outside of the fanbase and general area, particular New York and LA, absolutely hated the Bulls. The core difference really was that Michael Jordan was extremely well-marketed and some fanbase s had hopes that they'd be able to land him at some point, particularly again delusional Knicks fans.
---
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.
