Well considering lawyer didn't say that you have the legal right to steal his motorcycle....

I would say that you're being very disingenuous right now and completely misrepresenting this person.

@12:28 specifically says that Captain Marvel wasn't justified in taking the motorcycle.

If a guy touches your newspaper, you have a legal right to steal his motorcycle? And if his bike is stolen, you have a legal right to go ride his motorcycle? That's what I thought when I saw those signs. I couldn't believe they were there. I went to my mailbox and picked up the newspaper, looked up the bike's license plate and figured he was one of ours. It turns out I'm not the only one thinking that they're also sending mailers to those drivers whose licenses have expired.

Cory Klimowski: That doesn't seem like a big deal.

Josh: So what's the catch? Are people going to put up the signs? Are they going to post signs? Is this going to create more problems than it solves? It's really not true that there's any traffic safety issue with the signs being placed.

John C. Williams: I think they've been good to my company. I love my job. I've come to know more about it and my job is to do his bike so he can enjoy his job in a productive way. And so we're having some issues with what they've been doing. It seems that if, for instance, there are two or three signs that read, "Don't stop, don't go to a red light," then that probably does nothing for all motorcyclists

He basically defended all her actions

Captain Marvel defending herself against the guy? He clearly explained how the guys actions fell under assault and battery to the letter of the law. He also explained how Captain Marvel was justified in defending herself against the guy.

He defended her actions up until stealing the motorcycle, he said once again @12:28 that she had no justification in stealing his motorcycle.

But once again you're being very disingenuous right now and completely misrepresenting this person.

She wasn't justified, she didn't make any effort to escape the threat and like well trained MMA fighters her powers can make any action a use of lethal force

I think it's pretty clear by how at the end of the video he sincerely uses "mansplaining" that he has a bit of an agenda in this

Yes I exaggerate a bit when saying it's he's ok with her taking the bike but this guy way over defends her when the guy in the scene is totally the victim.

It's disrespectful to women to always treat them as the victim even in moments like these where they clearly aren't.

Did you watch your own video or not? You making the claim she wasn't justified because she didn't make any effort to escape the threat leads me to believe you didn't

The argument being made was that she was justified because the mans actions fit the legal definition of assault and battery, which then allows her legal justification of self-defense so long as she didn't escalated it into using deadly force (which she did not).

She was NOT given the legal justification of stealing his bike however.

Remember that this is a rebuttal of people saying that Captain Marvel is the villain and that the biker dude did nothing wrong. Doesn't matter if you believe he has "an agenda" or not. He used the legal definitions and explained how they apply in this situation.

The Biker did:
- Get into Danvers personal space needlessly.
- Did initiate unwanted contact.
- Did what could be considered a threat.
