It happened at a gas station where he shouted racial slurs and threatened the man on camera with a handgun as surveillance camera showed him arguing outside 7-11 in Downtown LA after he was asked why he talked s* about hip hop icon Tupac Xan branded the hall of fame artist music as "boring" that sparked a wave of controversy and irked his followers and called for Xan's music to be "cancelled" But the 22 y/o didn't appreciate the re-thrust and he can be heard stating "What the f* you want, brush? Get the f* out n-word" He retreats to his black Mercedes G-class where he then pulls out a gun and waves at him erratically. The man who recorded it can be heard laughing and said "Look at this guy pulling a gun right now. Pull that s* out again, homie" Xan des it again and points the barrel back at him before his girlfriend, Annie Smith, urges him to get back in the car. The LA police dept are investigating it after the unnamed man reported it. Xan took to instagram and claimed SELF DEFENSE and said "The media is gonna try and twist was just happened at a gas station. I was about to be attacked and resorted to having to use self defense, f* all you old head ass b** still talking about 2pack s* live your own life and stop picking on a kid" His controversial opinion on Tupac's music continued after 16 months as he was surrounded by a group of high schoolers in Redlands, California on the unsavoury comments as his guards had to 'escort" him out Xan said of it "They're saying i'm a p** for the police escorting me away fro ma group of 20 people that wnated to jump me.
