In order to be disappointed you need to have expectations and why would you have any for an ensemble X-Men movie?

Those are like Marvel movies except everybody agrees that they suck

I've seen every X-Men movie in theaters (except The Wolverine) and I like almost all, and LOVE most. X2, Days of Future Past, Logan and Deadpool are all in my top 5 superhero films

Hell, I even defend THE LAST STAND to a point

I was hoping for something XMen Apocalypse level, where I could recognize its faults but still have a ton of fun watching it

instead I got a movie that even with all my X-Men bias I still can't defend
