The final scene in ff15 with noctis and luna. Shit, i was almost about to cry. I can get so emotional sometimes.

Last time i shed tears was in MGS3's ending, over Eva's narration.

I enjoyed it, though. 192 hours + the hours spent on all the DLCs except Ardyn's.

Not enough hunts, though. Wish it rivaled the numbers FF12 had.

Nope, I'm surprised it took them as long as it did. Considering how poorly recieved the game was. The talent and money they wasted on damage control could have been better spent elsewhere.

I know the game sold alot. But considering the games circumstances it had to be nothing sort of a mega hit like GTA, Red dead, or witcher 3 to turn a profit how I see it.

Ffxv was so bad, I couldn't bring myself to care about the ending. Neither Noct nor Luna got any real development or chemistry in the whole game.

Mc had no development the entire game. Luna had even less if that's even possible. We never find out anything about her. We see her in a couple of scenes. Standing there and healing people somehow, for some reason who have some unknown black rot disease. Something. My god the game is absolutely horrendous at storytelling. They never share screen time together except for in a flashback and even that's minimal.
The game wants you to feel something when she eats it and at the end. But it does no work in setting anything up or exploring her or anyone else's character.
It's like a donkey brained first grader writing incoherent nonsense about pickles while thinking people are going to take it as the next To Kill A Mockingbird.

Yeah, no. Considering Luna got like 10 minutes of screen time in the game, the final scene did nothing for me. I was cutting them some slack since at the time, when I finished the game, none of the DLC had released, but now that it's all said and done and locked between at least 2 season passes, it's a horrible story.

Best thing I can say is I'm glad the director left Square, both XV and Type-0 are a complete mess.

Forget the story...what really killed XV for me were the numerous awkward cuts and scene transitions. The entire Leviathan section felt like a bunch of random shit just spliced together.

"The end"? Pretty sure we were only like 60% of the way in at that point, and it was the first time in the whole game she had really shown up to get involved. She pretty much died as soon as she came on screen. lmao
