26 y/o Former Playboy Model, Kelsey Nichole Turner and her boyfriend, 27 y/o Jon Logan Kennison coudl face the DEATH PENALTY after they were accused of murdering an elderly psychiatrist in the shocking crime t hat happened in Las Vegas!!

The DA will ask a committee whether or not if they should pursue the capital punishment after they bludgeoned 71 y/o Dr. Thomas Burchard to death before leaving his body in the trunk of a Mercedes Benz on a desert road

Kelsey was in a relationship with the man who paid rent on a Las Vas home where she and her roommate, Diana Nicole Pena lived.

Pena is set to plead guilty as an accessory to murder charge and will blow the whistle on the pair in court

Police found footprints, cleaning supplies and items belonging to Kennison in the house and garage and blue and white bath towels that matched with the towel found with Burchard's body on March 7th

The trio abandoned their Las Vegas home they shared where Burchard was murdered and investigators found evidence of attempts to try and clean the area...

Judy Earp, the longtime girlfriend of Burchard said he had given Turner roughly 300,000 during the time they knew each other

She said "He helped a lot of people. She had this really long sad story and she took 300,000. I'll just leave it at that"

She wouldn't elaborate what their relationship was only that she did not believe Turner was one of his patients as sources say they met ONLINE.

Blood was found on their seats as well as blue latex gloves and cleaning supplies as the back seat suggests Burchard was attacked in his vehicle
