yeah it's great. everyone on that show is basically a post apocalyptic LARPing boomer. my theory is that this is what people do when they are total nerds that want to roleplay as wasteland survivors, but they grew up before video games were a thing.

every guy on that show is some obese dentist from the south that spends all his disposable income making gun turrets for his 14 year old daughters to man so he can live out his wasteland fantasy

Yeah, they took their hobby to the extreme. Nothing nwrong with having a plan for disasters and stuff, but these people hope and pray for an apocalypse just to say "told you so"

One dude had a big pile of silver to use in case the dollar collapsed. But if shit did hit the fan, nobody has any use for silver. He should be saving up cigarettes or toilet paper to use as trade items.
