We're in the weeds. But no one is saying soda is good for you, and you literally drank that yesterday.

Wait, what? Oh, I think I get it. The argument was about fruit sugar and soda sugar. I thought you were trying to say I was saying that. . .I don't know. Like I was trying to hide that I was drinking soda or something, lol

But yeah, soda is my biggest hurdle to face. 7up just helps my belly out

This seems like you're searching for excuses already, just eat a little less than you currently do in terms of calories and do a little more exercise/sport.

What in the fuck? I'm not making any sort of excuse and I'm long from giving up on this. Not hard in that way, hard trying to figure out what is best for me because everyone all these f'n opinions and disagreements. You ask people online (like I did) and it just turns into some stupid argument about this and that. It's annoying to figure anything out

They werent arguing about what you should eat. They were arguing about what sugar is in fruit. Chances are you already know what things you eat that you really should be eating less of. Start with the 7up.

Not sure what you mean by helps your belly out, but have you at least tried diet soda to transition? Tonic water or even kombucha would be even better choices.

Its weird that I saw you in another thread despairing about how you are always going to be alone because of the capriciousness of modern women and in this one youre saying youre an overweight guy with no teeth who shits a lot

yeah, that wasnt me at all. My complaints come from being too nervous to talk to women because I dont want to come off as a creep

Im also not really overweight, Im 145 pounds at 55, which is about average It just need to lean out a bit

As for the teeth, no one I talk to knows that until I tell them, and is never an issue because i dont get dates in the first place. Sure the hell dont put that in my profiles

Sparkling water? I drink it a lot when I'm trying to cut down on sugary fizzy drinks. It helps!

Seafood isn't too bad, as long as it isn't fried. It's lean. Just so you dont repeatedly eat large amounts of it, you'll be fine.

I put it in my instant pot, which is really, REALLY f'n love. Frozen shrimp and lobster from frozen to really good in about 4mins. Well, about 20mins in total or so since you have wait for the instant pot to get ready
