and apparently he needs to pick more cotton.

Two anti-Trump demonstrators made racist comments to an African American Fox News contributor while he was covering an impeachment protest in New York.

One of the men reportedly told Jones that he should go back to Fox News where theres more cotton for you to pick. When the man was asked to clarify what he just said, he reiterated the racist remark, according to the producer.

I was just asking these people simple questions about if they felt like the president should be impeached or not. These guys come up to me and they say, go back to Fox News to pick cotton. They say, go back to Kenya, Jones said. This is who these people are, but I doubt many people in the media are going to condemn these people.

they have two examples of racism (one of which they probably made up and one missing critical context) and his response is "this is who these people are"

He's clearly not referring only to the two specific people who said these two specific things but the group demonstrating at large.

It's almost like Fox News posted a contextless clip of one person in an anti-Trump rally saying something potentially racist that probably wasn't if they had included the context.

Somehow "liberals" as a whole are racist, phoney, whatever.

but yea, not everyone who's anti-Trump believes that all black people should think the same, but there are many people who are dismissive towards black people who might be conservative, or are perceived as being so.

The video shows a man telling the reporter "he's gonna tell you to go back to Kenya next"

That's obviously in reference to a previous interaction that they didn't post. Why didn't they post it?
