After calling it a few times through the morning someone answered. I met up with them and they gave me the phone. They said they found it outside. It seems to be working ok despite the stormy weather

I'm happy I don't have to replace the phone

Did you try not losing it?

Yeah it would have been way more than I could afford to buy a comparable replacement. Would have to go on a phone contract or something. Ew

Good to hear someone helped you. My Apple watch can send a ping to my phone I havent totally lost my phone since I got the watch. Probably over 2 years? Its hard to tell since nobody calls me. The astronomy theme is way cool to show strangers though. I still have the first generation and the Bluetooth radius almost makes it to my car so if my phone is not on me I take a few steps outside and Im already stress free before finding my phone. I left my watch at work once, but again, found with the phone pairing app.

This is the first time I've ever totally misplaced my phone and I feel gross over how anxious it made me. I didn't miss having the phone I was just worked about replacing it and $$$. Very grateful for honest people in this world

I have found and returned two phones. Both times I swiped them through my sweaty ass crack, making sure to get the bottom end nice and stinky before the owner came to get it.

Lol. When I did the fair last year for Uber, one day I was driving until like 1am. Dropped this super drunk girl and her boyfriend off at home. Got home and Id always take a quick check of the car to see if anyone left anything.

Phone. Right there in the back seat. Grab it and its ringing.

Ugh. I was tempted to just ignore it and deal with it the next day. Been up for over 21 hours. Answered it. They HAD to have it back right away.

I balked, was like cant you wait a few hours while I get some sleep? Well give you $40.

So I took it up there. Lol

I mean for 40 bucks yeah I'd hustle that too. Sounds like an annoying day with some bonus cash at least

Yep! I remember the turmoil of losing my old Android phones. I switched to iPhone 6 because of the watch companionship. It has many double features like showing iPhones camera, checking blood pressure, and reminding you to stand up if youve been sitting for almost an hour. Its a great gift too. I got my main family a watch for their birthday. All 1st generation, but new.
