It's not bad, it's like children of men, AI artificial intelligence, with some bladerunner. However the answers were always in your face which really brought this story down for me. And I also didn't feel a clear goal for the film's message. It felt like it was trying to retain what keeps blade runner, add in the classic,"theres and child plot piece". And a touch of modern cynicism seems to also garnish this film. Also they couldn't figure out a good ending so the movie just ends. Which is fine. Just a little lazy.

I think a lot of the points are weak. Or maybe just not handled well enough. But that's only when comparing. As a movie on it's own it's alright. Soundtrack is pretty good, acting delivered for the most part. It's like a 7 out of 10. Thankfully it's not a bad film and doesn't tarnish anything about blade runner. Watching the script trying to make Harrison Ford important here and there was imusing.

Also when I was high school way before this movie I used to say Ryan Gosling had a blade runner look to him. Glad someone shared the feeling.

Glad I finally saw, the trailers were not selling it for me so it took time.

I thought they were really cool. But under if not over utilized. The roller coaster drive scenes felt a little odd. I know they were trying to do the opposite of what the first movie did with all its static environments. I'm just not sure it hit the mark.

Prabably the best part of the movie are those shots. But even those are missing a certain subtle feeling the first movie still retains.

I think the biggest weakness of the film is it trys to be too much of the first movie. Should of gone completely it's own way.
