I honestly loved Time Warner when I had them. Never had service issues and their customer service was always helpful.

Currently on Wave which is an ISP up here in Washington and they've been fine so far

I have had Comcast, Charter, AT&T and Ben Lomand and they are all basically unreliable shit.

Haven't had a problem with them in like a year. But I've had some frustrating dealings with them in the past.

Last year for example my modem stopped working. I called AT&T and said "hey, my modem isn't working." 3 days later a dude shows up, looks at my modem and says "your modem isn't working" then it took them like another week to get a guy to come give us a new one.

I have Charter and it's ok. Wi-fi kinda sucks but that's not really their fault.

Edit: There was one time a couple years ago my internet stopped working and they couldn't tell me why. It was out for two weeks calling them every day to try and fix it. They comped me for that, but only after I asked them to.

I didn't know it was possible to be happy with an ISP.

Never had a problem with mine *shrugs*

I paid $300, once, for seven years of internet. I'm content enough

They frequently lose connection with their peer that goes out to the western US, I have to explain what packet loss is to their dipshit customer service, and literally no one can do anything about it

Comcast is actually shockingly good. Went in expecting the worst when it came time to get my own internet, but I have no issues. Maybe one outage every six months, never more than an hour. $60/mo for decent speed, never had issues streaming multiple things and gaming.

I was happy with Road Runner before it became Spectrum; but this was yeeeeears ago.

Currently have Google Fiber, and have had no issues whatsoever for the 4 years I've had it. Excellent customer service, stable internet, and so on.

We have Cox Cable here in Vegas and it's pretty much a monopoly.
I got no complaints though.

Yeah.
But I'm not from the US.

150mbps download, 10 upload.
I don't really need more than that.

More importantly it's extremely stable, never goes down and latency is low.

I've never had a bad ISP, but I've also never lived outside of the suburbs of large population centers. No data caps that I'm aware of, little to no outages, and better speeds than most people in the US seem to have. I've also never lived in a single ISP area, so I guess competition keeps them decent.

Xfinity has been very reliable and fast for me but it's a lot of money. 90 a month and I have my own router modem.
