I got modded for being offensive for this bafflingly innocent post on that Trump rape accusation topic saying I think the accusation is realistic.

I don't wanna post the exact post in fear of getting modded with no explanation again because I don't put it past this website, but it was literally just one sentence, like 10 words, essentially saying I can believe that Trump has committed a sexual assault.

I disputed it, confused as to whether or not it was the use of the word rape, but that word had come up in more posts than not in that topic alone, many of them going into vastly more detail into the assault than I ever did. There was nothing about my post that discounted the act of rape itself, honestly there aren't even enough words in that post to describe the act whatsoever lmfao.

Then like 3 days later, I get a "response." They upheld it, 0 explanation, no chance of disputing it despite my argument.

Wtf is this shit lmfao. How could they think that this is ok in a place of public discussion?

I can only think they were confused by my double negative? I feel like anybody with a reading level of more than 3rd grade would've understood though?

I dunno how many votes it takes. Probably doesn't have a requirement as long as it's more than one? Idk the whole system is a complete joke and completely discourages disputing with the ridiculous penalty for an upheld moderation. It's like they want people to bypass the system with alt accounts

Well that's even more confusing because my comment essentially was anti-Trump, as in I don't trust Trump over the accuser. That's probably a leftist thing? I dunno I don't associate with any political leanings.

I dunno, I don't give a shit about most moderations usually but... this one just kinda infuriated me because it made 0 sense. If that can get modded, I feel like it's free real estate
