Games option was dominating the last poll, so I thought I'd try without it.

Everyone is taught from a young age to have an interest in this thing. Conflicts, both personal and professional, have been known to be resolved through direct competition. Your worth in the world is largely (but not solely) determined by your skill in this field. Great skills can earn you both wealth and status, and those at the top of the field are superstars the world over, practically a household name.

Which one would you prefer?

Cooking would be the only one listed where I have a shot at even being slightly above averages so I vote for that.

Anybody could learn to do several of these. A few of them require being in good shape.

I just picked Fighting/Martial Arts, because, honestly, I'm not good at anything on that list, so it's all the same to me.

Maybe in a Shounen world, I could get better by training off-screen, or right in the middle of a competition, or by inheriting my competence from my never-present father, or by having someone precious to me being threatened.

Actually, I'd probably just be The Jobber, or the friend who doesn't fight but who stands in the background narrating everything that the viewers already see happening.

I like Shounen Knife.
