My guess is that I would be somewhere in the top 20, but not top 5. Probably 10-20 range. Just a guess and of course there's some subjectivity. I'm in pretty good shape, but I have plenty of room for improvement.

Good luck in your endeavor.

Thank you. I have a bad habit of starting things and then losing interest and abandoning them, but I'm really going to try to focus and do my best with this one.

Not yet. I'm still just a caterpillar. On September 1st I'll post pics.

Yeah, I've seen him in selfie threads. He's clearly ahead of me, as are PPP, Turtlebread, and JustMyOpinion. As well as plenty I don't know about, I'm sure.

Good luck. Whats your workout routine going to be? Do you have a diet planned out yet?

Nothing concrete on either. I've bought/found a pull-up bar, a weight bench, a couple barbells, a couple dumbbells, a curl bar, an exercise bike, and a treadmill. Keeping an eye out for a squat rack next. I live in the middle of nowhere and there isn't really a good gym within 25 miles of me, so I'm trying to bring the equipment to me. I've tiptoed into the water in terms of dieting, but I've only ever stuck with one for a couple weeks. I'm around 5'9", 135-140 lbs., so I'll be looking to put on some weight.

That's a good amount of stuff. You got this, my dude. Even if you don't find a squat rack right away, you can get a good leg workout with regular squats and things like squat jumps or piston squats.

Dieting becomes much, much easier if you can cook just a few things. Chicken breasts and thighs are an easy thing to learn to cook and with repetition and a meat thermometer, you will make it perfect almost every time. You can keep it different by changing up the seasoning or sauces you use. Hard boiled eggs are a great thing to snack on. Frozen microwavable vegetables and those microwave quinoa brown rice mixture bags make it super easy if you're not going to meal prep. Beans are always good and easy too. Also, eating clean 100% of the time is stupidly hard. Give yourself cheat meals and enjoy them.

Cooking is a hobby of mine and something I have a lot of experience with. My problem is my sweet tooth and my love for baking. I'm going to have to lighten up on the sugar.

Let's get that weight up brother. Eat til you're feeling sick.

I've figured out that roughly 2500-2750 calories a day maintains me at 135-140, so I guess I'm going to have to pump it up to 3000-3500.
