I always over cook it and it is super overdone, Im open for any tips.

I dont have a meat thermometer and I read somewhere that putting salt on it will help keep the moisture in. Any advice would be great!

Presoaking it in brine will help hold the moisture. I never heard of salting it helping with that, i'd think it would dry it out.

Don't cook it so long, if you are calling it "super overdone" you can probably cook it at half the time you have been and it should come out right. Don't be afraid to have a toss aside piece to cut into and help monitor the cook of it that way.

Get a meat thermometer, they are cheap.

Ya Im gonna use brine next time but the charcoal are warming up so I dont have time to soak it. I need a meat thermometer I hate cutting into my chicken to see if its done then it just ends up drying out on me

Move the charcoal to one side of the grill, and place a metal can or tray or something full of water on the other side.
Place the chicken on the grill above the water.

ok. dont use that. wrap it in cling wrap and use a pot/pan to thin it out a bit and even them out.

marinade them shits. i like dijon mustard, honey, garlic based marinades.

grill them slow and low or high and fast. if going high heat and fast remember that itll continue to cook after you pull it off.

just takes a bit of practice and you'll figure it out.

If it's just sandwich meat, chop it up while it's raw and panfry it.

Just panfry the porkchop.
In olive oil if you want to be ambiguously healthy, butter if you don't give any fucks.

Just turn the oven on at 400 and put it in there for like 35 minutes..
Or as someone else said, since it's just for a sandwich, cut it in pieces and cook it in a pan

Are you grilling breasts? Theighs are much better for grilling

If you really want breasts I would just sear the on the grill and finish in an oven
