The Alpha Platoon SEAL Team 7 may have fought in war together and returned as a unit from Mosul in 2017 after a 7 month deployment but they are now SPLINTERED into "2 brotherhoods" as one group that tolerate WAR CRIMES and the other who are AGAINST IT!!

Craig Miller and Corey Scott, said they saw Gallagher stab the boy in the neck but Scott changed his story and then claims it was NOT Gallagher but HE killed the boy out of fear the boy would be killed anyway so he did out of "mercy".

Those against Gallagher called themselves the "brotherhood" in a secretive WhatsApp group and the difference between them and the "real brotherhood" said was the latter tolerated war crimes whereas they did not

Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Dalton Tolbert, who was the sniper was the one who drummed up support to report Gallagher who said "I saw Eddie Gallagher shoot at someone who didn't deserve to die. I shot more warning shots to protect civilians from Eddie than i ever shot at ISIS". He said Gallagher shot at an elderly man collecting water and he fired a warning shot to scare him away but Gallagher shot and wounded him. Dalton was in the famous SEAL Team 6 that took out Osama Bin Laden

1st Class Dylan Dille had the most damaging testimony and said Gallagher told him he would like to kill an ISIS prisoner if the opportunity arose. On the day of the killing, he said Gallagher heard a voice over of a prisoner taken in and he yelled "No one touch him. He's all mine."

He didn't see Gallagher kill the teen but that the boy was still alive and when he came back, the prisoner was dead with Gallagher posing with his body and claiming to have "finished him off" and "This was just an ISIS dirtbag. Next time we get a prisoner..it will be out of sight, out of mind"

1st Class Craig Miller was the most dramatic who said he saw Gallagher plunge the knife into the boys neck and the blood spurted out and said it looked similar to a boy throwing up. He was the first to report the killing to officials back in base and told a Commander that Gallagher did not deserve an award that was based on lies as he also stole FOOD from care packages

1st Class Joshua Vriens said he saw Gallagher shoot a YOUNG GIRL in a hijab and sent others scattering and saw it happen through a scope where she was hit in the stomach. He also conceded that ISIS had been shooting civilians that day as well and left it open to the possibility of them shooting her.

First Class T.C Byrne said he was wearing a helmet with a camera when an ISIS prisoner was brought to baes and it showed the prisoner was still alive but left in Gallagher's care and returned to find him dead

1st Class Corey Scott is the testimony that changed everything who went up to the stand and claimed responsbility and blindsided everyone and said he did out of "mercy" as prosecutors have accused him of perjury for trying to protect Gallagher for some reason and now faces 5 YEARS in Prison

Lt. Thomas MacNeil who roomed with Gallagher and said that Portier and Gallagher had got in his face and THREATENED him if he spoke out and said "If you take me down, i'll take all of you down. I've got s*** on all of you"

Lt. Jacob Portier was the supervisor and is charged separately for covering up the crimes as he conducted the reelistment ceremony next to the DEAD ISIS Teen's body and ordered SEALs to delete incriminating photographs and videos that could put Gallagher behind bars
