during the "in memoriam" segment at the beginning, the high school honored vision...but vision had died 5 years previously in universe. why would he be added to the in memoriam? it might have been only 2 movies ago...but it was half a decade later

It's a shoddily made video tribute to all of the dead Avengers that fell in the Thanos situations, complete with Comic Sans and terrible, blurry JPEGs. You're nitpicking waaaaaay too hard.
