Do you treat your cats with a flea and tick treatment? Chances are, they are taking the majority of the bites, and the mosquitos are dying shortly after due to the treatment.

I do not treat them with Flea/tick treatments as they are strictly indoor cats.

It's going to sound paranoid, but you can pick up a flea off of the grass on your pant leg, bring it inside and you will have an outbreak in weeks. It's a good idea to treat them regardless.
