Water retention prob. You're still losing mass, you must be, if you're on the diet you describe.

There's a slight chance of some sort of edema causing excessive fluid retention, though. Very small. The fattest person in human history was a poor soul with an extreme type of edema.

3 egg whites or 2 pcs reduced sodium turkey bacon
1/4th cup oatmeal

1 scoop protein powder (120 cal)
1 apple

4oz deli meat
1 low carb high fiber tortilla
1/2 avocado

or I do a turkey burger (3-4oz) whole wheat bun and half avocado. 93/7 lean meat

I usually dont feel like eating much after that meal but Im supposed to have yogurt then a meal consisting of a lean protein vegetables and 1/4th cup of rice or black beans

Ughhh god. Your shits must stink up the place for days. For christ sake, I hate cardio, but you need it because you're not burning shit off fast enough. For me, I HATE running. So I swim. Swimming is actually way more effective than running or biking because you work every god damn muscle at once.

Now if you REALLY wanna speed shit up. Swim AND lift weights. Muscle burns the SHIT out of fat.

A lot of personal trainers dont know shit.

If this one is aware of your diet and supports it he or she is one of them.

Also the gym isnt really the best for losing weight and overall fitness imo. I havent been inside a gym gym in over two years. Hobbies you love and want to do that are also good excercise are what makes it easy.
