Just about finished with the first season so far, and it's OK, but at the same time, not really grabbing my attention. Does it pick up soon, or should I give it a drop?

Basically season 2. Not perfect but definitely a huge upgrade. Season 3 is where it hits its prime. Season 1 is like a different show

Seasons 1-4 are the best, 2-4 generally being more popular than the former.

Season 1 is only enjoyanle when you go back and watch it because you can see hints of what those characters grow to be. On it's own there's little value to it. Season 2 is when the show actually gets good.
