I know they took the level cap to 80 so what happened to the OP levels?

Old OP gear becomes leveled gear instead, so an old OP3 gun will be level 75 now. Once you hit level 80 you can run through the peak to gain OP levels again, up to 10.

I'm not a fan of how things play at higher levels either. I typically stick to tvhm for that reason, the game has a lot less issues with scaling at level 50.

Indeed, without slag, you basically can't progress because of how spongey everything is. It's a realy turn off. Just makes it such a chore to play through.

Yeah, I have 4x magic missiles on every character and I wish I could use more fun stuff ;/
