The middle abs show up pretty well, but the top and bottom ones are MIA. They say to lose fat, but I'm down to like 5'9", 135 lbs. How much more am I supposed to lose? Will I have a 6-pack if I drop down to 125 pounds?

the amount of training, work and diet that it takes to obtain a 6 pack is insane. its also going to take you a really long time. get a personal trainer.

Arnold never had more than a 2 pack, to an extent it's genetics

But also maybe you have small abs. You have to train your abs to have abs, you don't see holocaust survivors with six packs even though they're at dangerously low bf

when I was deadlifting a lot I had a six pack at a pretty high bf%

Hanging leg raises are superior to all of those if you don't have a barbell

Again Flocka, feel free to show pictures of your progress now that you've been doing your exercises for a while. I'd like to judge for myself whether or not it's worth it.

I do have a barbell and some weights. I guess I'll try adding deadlifts to my routine. I have heard good things about that particular lift.

why do people say this?

You don't need a personal trainer or go to extremes to have a visible six pack. You can have a six pack without looking like Chris Hemsworth ya know. Have a decent diet and work out a lot to keep your body fat % down.
