Dawn of the final day (at least for nominations). Time to bring out the big guns. First, my makeup for day 6.
Game: Umineko no Naku Koro ni 1: worldenddominator -  2: dreamenddischarger -  3: goldenslaughterer -  4: System 0 -  5: Hope -  6: Umineko no Naku Koro ni -  Alt: dir -  Other Considerations: A lot of things. Mirage Coordinator's good from the list of obligatory zts picks. goldenslaughterer, personally, I think is the weak link of the zts picks in this list so if people think there's too much zts here, I'm totally fine with swapping it out for something from another composer. Dread of the Grave, Endless Nine, Mortal Stampede, and Victima Propiciatoria are a few off the top of my head that could be nice replacements as energetic songs from the soundtrack, though I'd definitely place them lower than slot 3. Softer songs like far, Answer, and dead angle are also good. Hopefully I'm not crazy for putting the VGMC winner so far down the list. As much as I like it, judging from some of the passing comments I've seen around the discord server, the board's reception of Hope seems lower than it was when it won its VGMC. It's certainly very iconic, but I imagine that if the contest that Hope won was reran today with the same group of voters, Hope would've lost at some point earlier on in the contest. I'm of the opinion that stuff like the zts tracks would get a more favorable reception overall, but definitely let me know if you think I'm underestimating Hope around here. And again, let me know if you'd rather see less zts in this list. I know half the list being zts tracks is quite a lot, but I know they're very well-liked which is why I made that choice. I'm aware that this game's soundtrack is a big favorite over here, so feel free to bring any concerns you may have over my list to me! ... Copied to Clipboard!

Falling a bit behind myself in listening; but here's what I'm familiar with and rather happy with the current lists so far:
Supporting: Caligula Celeste Final Fantasy II (PS1) Mega Man 5 i want to support this one like ten times thank oyu for,,, nominating mm5.... Kirby's Return to Dream Land Super Smash Bros. Melee Thousand Memories - Kirby's Return to Dream Land - Other than Aurora Area and Sky Tower deserving to be swapped probably, which is something I've already brought up to Akk, I still think Funky Area is a rather odd and somewhat weak inclusion. Something like Another Dimension possibly here might fare better. - Mega Man 5 - I love the decision to use the Opening, it's so underrated. I didn't even realize how underrated it was as a long-time favorite-classic-mm-ost-is-this-haver until Smash Dark Man incorporated it and made me love it so much. I personally prefer the Japanese version of Weight of the World slightly over the English version, but I think both are great and I'd be fine with either or. I definitely see how Possessed by a Disease feels very b8-y so I'd be okay with that being in the list as well. Dire mentioned City Ruins in the discord earlier and I happen to like the Dynamic version a lot. But that's mainly a personal pick for me and I'll likely support Nier Automata as-is, anyway.

Who needs lists you planned out ahead of time when you can think of stuff the night before nominations close and just slap some stuff together? But late nominations need to grab the attention of people who bothered to get to the end of the list, so let's do this!

(Random aside on this-- if we're using previous vgmc results as a gauge of strength, isn't this a strong argument for something like Emil - Despair, or Song of the Ancients - Atonement? I only notably like the latter, but just following a thought process) -I don't especially love Weight of the World either! But it's the main vocal song and a lot of other people like it, I'm pretty sure. I also don't love Dependent Weakling-- I actually feel it to be pretty unremarkable in the NieR soundtrack context. -This is a big soundtrack a fair amount of variety. I like Vague Hope (the Cold Rain version in particular-- kinda gives me the same mood as Kaine - Salvation from the original NieR)! Copied City! Bipolar Nightmare! The list goes on. rwlh likes Pascal (so do I, for that matter). pyre likes Forest Kingdom, I think (that's a cool track too!). -Thanks for going through this aimless ramble. League of Legends Commenting separately on this one because it strikes me how good League of Legends music is now. This is like...probably not all that close to my ideal list from the game and yet it's still a near instant support. On the other hand I don't really know what my ideal list would be? Kindred is probably my favorite, with Xayah and Rakan also almost definitely in my top 7 that I know of. Also like Tahm Kench, Jhin, and others, but on the other hand it's not even like the ones selected were bad either? aaaa this soundtrack is so good. edit: Don't change the list though. Some people mentioned to me that Yomitsu Hirasaka Corruption was a pretty expendable song and that they think one of xaki's songs would be a nice inclusion, so I'm switching YHC out for proud-dust.

Whew, lots of feedback to work with today; maybe I should've waited a bit longer for someone else to tackle this beast. I haven't actually gone through the full Nier Automata OST, so I'm trying to get more input on this list than my previous ones. Before I post the update, I should probably contribute to the discussion for the tracks under consideration:
A Beautiful Song, Birth of a Wish, Dependent Weakling: Big battle themes. I don't particularly like these, but at least one should probably be included for good measure. Amusement Park: I love it and have observed it to be the one of the most popular tracks from the game, plus it's hard to discount its VGMC performance. Weight of the World: I like all versions with English slightly ahead, so my current considerations are the users who are not here participating in noms, but will be voting in the matchups come bracket time. Going off of that, I still think Japanese is the safe bet? Alien Manifestation: The very first track I heard, from back when the demo came out. Chanting good! Memories of Dust: Don't tend to see it mentioned a whole lot, but I think it's a solid area theme. City Ruins: Probably my favourite area theme and I'd be happy to include it. Possessed by a Disease: It's alright; I think the chanting works better in Alien Manifestation but can see the B8 appeal. With that, I'm comfortable making these initial changes: Game: Nier: Automata 1. No change from A Beautiful Song 2. No change from Amusement Park (Dynamic - Vocals) 3. No change from Weight of the World (Japanese) 4. Replace Birth of a Wish with Possessed by a Disease (Vocals) -  5. Swap Alien Manifestation with City Ruins (Dynamic - Vocals) -  6. Replace Dependent Weakling with City Ruins (Dynamic - Vocals) and swap with Alien Manifestation Alt: No change from Memories of Dust (Dynamic - Vocals) Now for my final nom, whoops another Kirby I actually just ran out of ideas for real and looked at my history of games played Game: Kirby Super Star Ultra 1. Masked Dedede Battle -  2. Battleship Halberd (On Deck) -  3. Galacta Knight Battle -  4. Crystal Field Area -  5. Clash! Gourmet Race -  6.
