No, that's the fun thing. When you're town you just get to admit you're wrong and move on. There doesn't really need to be a deeper reason for it. I was scum hunting, my read was wrong, when I realized it I backed off. That's the long and short of it. My ego isn't so big that I think I'm right all the time or I need to make reasons for why I was wrong.

By all means, though, keep digging your hole. I'll happily hand you a bigger shovel

To put it in clearer terms

The "dumb mistake" you made, while the argument was going, was him using your language of Lopen "looking good" (as a lynch target) and you taking that to mean he thought that Lopen "looked good" (as a player/town), and then when he denied that you thought you caught him in a slip.

But after the argument you have been completely flipping it and saying you thought he agreed with you. But that can't be because you never said I looked good except as a lynch target!

It doesn't make sense! You're just fabricating how the argument went cause you didn't actually have a thought process when you "caught the slip" to begin with! You're so deep down the rabbit hole of faking it you misunderstood what your "misunderstanding" actually was!

Caught for the wrong reasons. It is when scum get annoyed for how they were caught instead of reacting well.

for example:

"ergh, I didn't kill that guy with a wrench, it was a pipe" when the detective pins them due to a wrench on their person. Obviously a silly example, but you should get it.

Okay I have reviewed Literature and I don't see the direct comparison. By the time my alignment was called into question you had a lot more to go on and not only that but benefit of the doubt that you displayed in that game feels a lot different than an almost presumption of my alignment here. You are also reacting much more defensively here compared to how you interacted with Lopen when he attacked you over your ideas.

Ulti that is flat out wrong. I always prod your fakrclaims (town or scum even). Mainly because your fake claims dont typically provide any tangible benefit if you are town. You aren't drawing a shot or diverting one.

And i run on the assumption that i have a limited lifespan. If you try to back that claim later i hope someone reads back to my post.
