Second time some dude has just tried to say fuck it and leave it off and hope I wouldn't notice. AND charge me for it. I hardly ever get pizza because my body is carb sensitive. I'm definitely gonna know when a cheat day meal isn't what I wanted. Taking the initiative is one then, but goddam man, when you don't know how to fulfill a order, just ask your manager. Don't assume the customer is wrong after he's told you twice. I figured explaining it twice would ensure I got it after having it fucked up last time. Nope. There really was no way around this situation. Oh well, at least they got it right in the end.
