I don't suffer from allergies, seasonal or pet. But after spending the last 5 days with friends who have 3 large dogs shedding fluffy hair (floating around the house) and one person who smokes inside the house (a lot), I find that my nose hurts. At first, I thought it might've been caused by getting hit in the face/bridge of my nose, but I would've remembered something like that happening. And only one side of my nose hurts (feels like pressure build up) and is runny. I also keep sneezing.

Again, not an allergy sufferer so this sensation is new to me. Anyone who does suffer from allergies able to relate? How can I relieve the pain/pressure sensation?

I don't know if the smoking is the culprit. My parents used to smoke so I have been around it before (not for a long time now) but never had that kind of reaction.

Nasal congestion. Put a hot/warm towel over your face, and look up some over the counter drug for it, if it doesn't improve in 3 days.
