Some major points:

-Expands Medicare

-Expands Medicare Advantage plans

-10 year phase-in period

-Less funding(i.e. taxes) than Bernie's plan

Details are short, but LOL at that phase-in period. Even assuming President Harris wins election, quickly passes this plan(as is) over the objections of an industry she accepts donations from, and then wins re-election four years later, you would still need to have a Democratic president and a non-hostile legislature in 2028 to insure anything actually happens. More realistically, you probably need the same in 2032 as well.
And nothing much will change in the interim, which I'm sure won't negatively impact the party's political fortunes.
Change will happen, friends....eventually. Maybe.

It seems, to me, that she wants the progressive credit for "supporting Medicare for all" without the hassle of actually supporting it.
