It isn't like traditional sports where they're disadvantaged by physiques either, in this case more of a mental and cultural thing. Mike Tyson grew up in a high crime area, had other kids mock him because of his voice and he grew up during a time when black people had to deal with racism. He still became a legendary boxer.
