I constantly find ways to do my job more efficient but baby boomers here tell me to "knock it off" or "stop doing that shit" or "slow down kid!" because the supervisor will see me and tell everyone to do the same. The problem is I have large volume of orders and installations to fill in a single day and they only have a few. If I worked at their pace everyday, I'd be working till fucking midnight instead of 5pm. By the time I get back, people here are just hanging around the time clock and these guys are coming back like a few hours early.
