Basically anything that seriously eats up your CPU, making regular gameplay stuttery or otherwise janky.

I just realized this would be the perfect time to watch a TV thingy, I haven't engaged in TV in well over 5 years.

Now, I would turn around and ask "What's a good show to watch?"...

The last complete series I saw was Dexter, and I don't think I wanna start Game of Thrones (tl;dw)... and I just finished the second season of Aggretsuko, so that's something.

I also finished Seasons 1 and 2 of JBA, which is on Netflix... I liked how the finale tied into Season 3 which came out like 10 years ago :V

What would you guys say is the most emotionally charged cRPG?

I don't think I had even one feels during Baldurs Gate/Icewind Dale, Divinity, Dragon Age, Witcher, Placeholder, Shadowrun, Skyrim, Fallout

...

They're good games (if you want me to say they're good), but ... no feels.

EDIT: But I will add that the finale mission of Mass Effect 2 did BRIEFLY emotionally affect me... as I felt immediate guilt and regret at picking a bad team composition and failing an objective.

Good PC game to play would be Solitaire. Good show would be The A-Team. Not sure about the RPG question though.

You mean experience slight slowdown for all of 5 seconds?

This isn't the 90's anymore. Defrag doesn't take all day (and is also automatically scheduled for a weekly scan by default).

Running games with Antivirus in the background without stutter? That hasn't been a problem since 1998.

Just, like... walk away from the computer, bro.

Seriously though. Watch a video. If you pc CAN'T handle it, walk away. Go do something else for 90 minutes.

I encourage you talk to me - out of the blue if need be - I'll definitely learn a thing or three.

the most emotionally charged cRPG
this is actually a great question... WRPGs are pretty lacking in emotional impact, aren't they?

Pillars of Eternity has some, though maybe not tons.
Mass Effect definitely has some.
If you count first-person, then System Shock 2 definitely has some.
Baldur's Gate 2 has a little, but not tons.
Planescape: Torment is probably the winning answer. It has a lot of emotional moments. (This could mean that Tides of Numenera is another good answer, but I don't know since I haven't played it yet.)

while I'm at it I might as well also recommend The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, which is on Steam, but isn't really a cRPG. (also it's combat is not really that great.)
