Xbox Live is experiencing issues with digital games, and refuses to load them up.

I love MS and their DRM program for something we have the license for! I can't wait until Microsoft leaves the industry, leaving us with a bunch of games and apps we cannot access anymore!

Well, right now, Xbox Live is broken, to the point where you can only play disk-based games. I wanted to finish Just Cause 1, and move on to 2 (since I am going to 100% each game in the series), but I can't do that since I only have the first title as a digital download (even though I own 2, 3, and 4 on disk).

go into settings, go into network, click go offline

Nope. Cannot happen until I put this down as My Home Xbox. Which I can't do that, because it refuses to connect to Xbox Live.

So to play a last-generation single-player game offline, I need to go online, find an obscure setting, turn it on, which requires it to connect to the very service that is offline, just so I can play a game offline without having to go through the trouble of playing the game online when there is a disruption with the service.
