holy shit its gonna be so great. paused my replay of 2 to play through fire emblem 3 houses but i will probably go ahead and finish 2 again after i beat 3 houses in preparation for the third.

for anyone that hasnt played the cold steel games but has a ps3/4 and likes jrpgs they are the cream of the crop. great characters/story/worldbuilding

I'm pretty excited to get around to Three Houses. I plan to play the older games first and make my way up, so it'll be a while.

But yeah, GameStop is just slow on the uptake, for whatever reason.

3 houses is definitely the best game of the series imo and i have played all the fire emblem games in the states going back to gameboy. i an a big fan of the series in general but this one took a huge leap forward in every way imo

they are both really great imo and if you enjoyed the first definitely recommend playing through the 2nd.

i need to play through the trails in the sky games again too but that is a really daunting task

The fire emblem games aren't connected I think. Only ever played the handheld ones so idk, except awakening.

I really hope Zero and Ao are ported to PS4 and localized. People need to play them, they're way better than Sky and Cold Steel 1-2.

That's tough. FC is a really slow burn while SC is just..mind blowing all around. CS1 is paced better while 2 is still pretty awesome, and they have some nice improvements. Basically, eh...for the full story and lore, Sky. For better gameplay, CS.

I know (most) aren't connected, just a personal choice to do the classics first.
