You can write in it if you know the person's name and face. 45 seconds after you write it, the person will shit themselves with audible diarrhea. You can even right scenarios and delay the diarrheaing for up to 48 hours. You can also get diarrhea eyes that will let you see the names of people you see on the street, but in exchange you yourself will randomly and violently shit yourself once a month. But you can use this to prank people on TV, stop criminals, or maybe help people who are constipated.
