Ive never done it but I went with two girls to Macaroni Grill and they stole this big glass bottle, I think it held oil but they took it cause they wanted to just put it on their shelves. Fucking thieves.

If it was not clearly offered for me to specifically take, no. Stuff for general use is, to my understanding, for use when the need arises. If none does, then I leave it be. I find just taking everything to be a distasteful type of cheapskate.
