It's not clear how much it actually got nerfed. Bow is one of the best weapons for elemental damage and they've changed how elemental skills work to let you boost your element higher, so if it were left unchanged it would be even more broken than it already is (which is preeeetty broken!). Chances are they're just reigning it in enough so that with the buffs to elemental damage, it will be on par with the other good weapons instead of the best thing by a mile. --- Meow! <cite>Panthera posted [p:926312337] in Monster Hu... Panthera 08/20/19 10:57:37 PM #11:	If Iceborne doesn't heavily revamp things, most fights won't even be affected by the Temporal Mantle changes. If it's not Arch-Tempered or multiplayer scaled by default, you can basically put on Temporal to spam through the first few attacks, get the flinch and then just stun lock things (unless it's Zorah. And Xeno is harder to do it to than most because he has a bunch of animations he can't be flinched during). Hopefully the devs are aware of how broken the flinch thresholds are in World and will change it. --- Meow! <cite>Panthera posted [p:926338118] in Monster Hu...
