The Get Down on Netflix is an exceptional show that captures Philly in that era, and gives you a greater appreciation for taggers. Even in the posh town I'm from I was on the other side of the tracks, and that was bad enough. My mother, by choice, because of who she was, was a counselor on the run down side of town.
